WHS MAT Program
The Wexford Health Solutions MAT Program supports eligible patients receiving medication-assisted treatment through structured telehealth care, follow-up, and nursing support.
Program Expectations
- Patients must attend required MAT appointments.
- Patients must complete required testing when requested.
- Patients must communicate promptly with the office regarding medication, testing, pharmacy, or appointment issues.
- Participation may require periodic review of treatment progress and compliance.
Nursing Support
MAT and counseling-related nursing appointments are managed by Sarah Cooper, RN, BSN. These appointments help support ongoing monitoring and patient accountability.
Testing and Compliance
Drug testing may be required as part of MAT participation. Requested tests must be completed within the required timeframe unless alternate arrangements are approved.
