Our telehealth services are not designed for, and should not be used in, emergency medical situations. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room without delay.
Telehealth does not provide the same level of physical examination or diagnostic capability as in-person emergency care. Urgent and acute conditions requiring immediate attention should not be addressed through telehealth consultations.
