How can I contact Wexford Health Solutions, LLC?

How do I make an appointment?

Appointments can be booked through the Online Appointments section of the main page.

How do I amend an appointment?

Appointments can be amended using the “reschedule or cancel” button at the bottom of your Square confirmation email. You may also email help@wexfordhealthsolutions.org.

How do I cancel an appointment?

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a $50 cancellation fee.

How are appointments carried out?

Telehealth consultations are conducted by telephone at the scheduled appointment time shown in your booking confirmation email.

What types of conditions do you treat?

Dr. Nilay Thaker, DO specializes in Family Medicine and Mental Health. Common areas include anxiety, depression, ADHD, insomnia, hypertension, diabetes, migraines, and related concerns.

What provider will I see?

Physician appointments are with Dr. Nilay Thaker, DO or the Physician Assistant. Nursing appointments, including MAT and counseling sessions, are managed by Sarah Cooper, RN, BSN.

Do you accept insurance?

Wexford Health Solutions is a concierge medical practice and does not accept insurance.

What are the prices for your services?

Initial consultations are $175 for a 30-minute telehealth appointment. Follow-up consultations are $120 and last 20 minutes. Nursing appointments vary by service. Payment is due at booking.

What medications do you not prescribe?

Prescriptions are based on medical appropriateness and are not guaranteed. As a general policy, the practice does not prescribe opioid medications for pain management except in rare circumstances.

Where are services available?

Wexford Health Solutions primarily accepts patients from New York, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Patients outside these states may inquire by email.

Do you provide disability letters?

No. Wexford Health Solutions does not provide disability letters.
